A Brief Instructions
to Wet ground Muscovite Powder
The wet ground muscovite powder is
a kind of mica powder with fine quality. It is made of good
natural muscovite with water lubrication under Specifically
technical conditions. It has many merits, such as, smooth surface,
pure quality, good lustre and big diameter thickness ratio.
It is widely used in industries of varnish, plastics, dyestuff
and rubber, etc. The mechanical strength of the varnish will
be obviously improved after the powder is added into the varnish.
The powder is an important raw material for the production of
mica strengthened plastics. When it is filled into rubber, the
mechanical strength and gastight property of rubber will be
improved a lot. It may be used as various separating agent in
casting method and it is necessary for the production of mica
coated lustrous titanium oxide dye-stuff.
